Nubuor Designs was hired to transform a historic brick colonial in Belmont, Massachusetts, blending modern European style with classic American architecture. The clients wanted something unexpected with clean lines, vibrant color moments, and a fresh aesthetic that breaks away from typical New England design. Our approach honors the home's architectural bones (the brick exterior, the room proportions, the classic layout) while completely reimagining the interior experience. Clean lines replace fussy details. This comprehensive three-floor renovation includes a brand new kitchen, formal mudroom, four redesigned bedrooms and bathrooms, and a family room complete with wet bar.

As the renovation progresses, we'll design and source all new furniture to complement their transformed home and lifestyle. The result will be a home that's as functional and family friendly as it is bold by proving that historic architecture and contemporary European design can coexist beautifully.
