For homeowners undertaking a gut renovation, addition, or significant structural project. We provide full design leadership from the earliest planning phase through the last site visit, working closely with your contractor to ensure every decision is made with intention and communicated clearly at every stage. Includes spatial planning, full materials and finish selections, kitchen and bathroom design, contractor coordination, and access to trade-only products and vendors.
Our most comprehensive engagement, combining renovation design and furnishings into a single holistic process. Whether you already have a contractor and architect, or need us to connect you with the right people. We plan the space and its contents together from the very beginning, bridge the gap between design vision and construction reality, and see the project through from the first spatial plan to white glove installation. It is the only way to achieve a home that feels truly unified.

In-person consultations are available within 15 miles of downtown Boston. Beyond that we connect virtually. If we feel like a good fit and you would like to move forward with a larger project, we will put together a proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment.

Great design starts with dialogue. We want to understand your vision, how you live in your space, and what you are hoping to achieve. We will talk through how we work, discuss investment expectations, and clarify the two parts of every project budget: furnishings and construction.
For projects within 30 miles of Boston we meet at your property so we can see the space firsthand. Beyond that we connect virtually. By the end of this phase we will have had an honest conversation about budget, timeline, and what success looks like, and will follow up with a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment.

With our partnership established, the creative work begins. We develop comprehensive inspiration boards capturing the aesthetic direction for each space and detailed furniture plans exploring how each room will function and flow. Nothing moves forward until we are both confident the direction is right.

This is where your vision becomes tangible. We present curated product options and material samples so you can experience colors, textures, and finishes in person before any commitments are made. For renovation projects, this is also when we develop detailed construction documentation including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, along with 3D renderings that let you see the completed spaces before a single wall is touched.

We manage all sourcing, vendor coordination, and contractor collaboration, drawing on established trade relationships to keep your project moving efficiently and on budget. We conduct regular site visits throughout construction to ensure the design intent is being executed accurately and remain actively involved to resolve questions as they arise.

We coordinate all furniture delivery and oversee installation, ensuring every piece lands exactly where it should. The final walkthrough is a thorough review of everything completed, and we provide complete project documentation including purchase records, paint colors, material specifications, and care instructions so you have everything you need long after the project is complete.
