Founded by Margaret Nubuor, a designer with experience at premier Boston architecture and interior design firms, the studio leads every project personally, from full renovations and floor plans to furniture selection and custom furnishings. Every home is different, and every design is built around the life being lived in it.

Deco Garden
Beacon Hill, Boston, MA
A gut renovation of a historic Beacon Hill townhouse, designed to honor the bones of the building while transforming every space within it. Gem-tone accents, mixed metalwork, custom millwork, and garden-inspired details unfold from the front door to the top floor. Every room is a considered act of design, rooted in how this family actually lives, balancing beauty with the warmth of a home that is genuinely lived in.

Modern Yet Muted
Lexington, MA
A family home cherished for over 30 years, thoughtfully reimagined for the next chapter. The challenge here was designing for both now and later: selecting furnishings and lighting that work beautifully in the current layout while remaining perfectly suited to a major kitchen and first-floor renovation planned for the near future. Clean lines, muted neutrals, and carefully considered pieces that will only look better with time.

Colorful Modern Euro
Belmont, MA
A historic brick colonial reimagined from the ground up across three floors. The new homeowners wanted something unexpected: clean lines, and a contemporary European sensibility that feels fresh without erasing the architecture that makes the house special. Custom millwork, a dramatic marble kitchen island, a brass dry bar, and a fully transformed attic with skylight and wet bar sit alongside carefully sourced modern furnishings throughout. The result is a home that proves historic bones and contemporary design just need the right hand to bring them together.
