Lexington Interior Designer
Nubuor Designs works with homeowners in Lexington, Massachusetts on renovations, furnishings, and homes designed around the way families actually live.
Our Lexington projects range from furnishing and lighting updates to substantial renovations, giving us experience working with homes at different stages and with very different needs.
Interior Design for Lexington Homes
Lexington homes often give us more room to work with than a city townhouse, but the design challenge remains the same: creating spaces that feel personal, functional, and elevated.
We start by understanding how your family lives. From there, we look at layout, circulation, storage, lighting, materials, furnishings, and the relationship between individual rooms.
For renovations, we work through the design before construction begins, coordinating with contractors and architects when the project calls for them.
Design That Evolves With Your Home
Some projects begin with a single room or a furnishing update and develop into something larger. We design with that possibility in mind, making decisions today that can support the next stage of the home tomorrow.
Whether you're renovating a Lexington family home or simply ready for your interiors to feel more finished, we'd love to hear what you're considering.
Our Lexington Projects
Modern Yet Muted →
A family home where the first phase focused on furnishings and lighting, establishing a clean-lined, muted aesthetic designed to grow with the family.
Modern Yet Muted Renovation →
The next chapter of that project, expanding into a comprehensive first-floor renovation with a new kitchen, improved circulation, a great room, dry bar, and butler's pantry.
Jungle Chic →
A more expressive, lush Lexington interior that reflects the belief that a well-designed home doesn't have to take itself too seriously.

“We hired Margaret, before we moved in, to fully decorate and design our single-family brownstone in the south end. Her partnership, unique style and attention to every detail has exceeded our expectations. She has made the entire process easy and enjoyable and the end result continues to amaze us. She takes the time to understand your family’s needs and style and provides fantastic options of how to achieve that vision. We would highly recommend Nubuor Design.”
