Au Pair Studio

Interior Design : Nubuor Designs
Project Location : Lexington, MA
Status :In progress

Nubuor Designs was brought on to transform an underutilized above-garage space in Lexington, Massachusetts, into a beautiful fully functional studio perfect for an au pair or guests. This comprehensive garage conversion project includes installing new flooring throughout, designing and building out a compact custom kitchenette, renovating the bathroom, and selecting furnishings that maximize the layout and functionality. The design challenge was creating a space that feels cozy and independent rather than cramped - a true retreat where someone can live comfortably. The result is a self-contained studio that balances efficiency with livability, proving that even compact spaces can feel welcoming and complete.
